How and why we collect Personal Data

We do not collect any personal data via this website. However, you may email or phone us using the contact information provided on this website and we will keep any information that you provide to deal with your enquiry.

Non Personal Data Collection

We use Cookies for various tasks on the website. Some of these are essential, such as functionality of our website software, but other cookies such as Google Analytics and the Cookie Banner can be turned off if you wish. If you have the DO NOT TRACK setting turned on in your browser, then no cookies will be set, other than those that are strictly necessary for our website to function. How long we keep your Personal Data

We do not record phone calls and all emails are routinely deleted 2 years after our last communication with you. If you are a client of webmentor.ie, data provided via email or calls is held indefinitely or for 2 years after you cease being a client of webmentor.ie. Financial records are held for up to 6 years for revenue and auditing purposes.

Non Personal Data

The anonymised data collected for our use via Google Analytics is kept for 26 months. For more details please see our Cookie Policy.

Who we share your data with

We only collect personal data if you call or email us. We will never disclose your Personal Data to third parties unless you have consented to this disclosure or unless the third party is required to fulfil a necessary function - for instance if you request that we set up services for you, or if you are a client, your personal data will be shared with our accountant. These providers provide us with this service and are not allowed to use your personal data as they are also bound to data protection requirements.

Other than these necessary functionaries, we will only disclose your Personal Data if we believe in good faith that we are required to disclose it in order to comply with any applicable law, a summons, a search warrant, a court or regulatory order other statutory requirement.

Your personal data may also be provided to relevant third parties in the case of our business being sold, merged or made insolvent.
